Q: How often are new products added to TripleClicks.com?

A: We will be aggressively adding entire lines of new products during the next few years. In fact, we hope to have tens of thousands of products available at TripleClicks.com in the coming months. Additionally, through the TC Private Seller Program, there are new products added to the store every day.
Q: Can affiliates help add new products to TripleClicks.com?

Q: How does the "Deal of the Day" work?

A: Every day, TripleClicks.com's homepage features a different product at a specially discounted price. Usually, there's a limited quantity available and the product is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Additionally, many products featured for the Deal Of The Day are available that one day only and are not available anywhere else at TripleClicks.com at any other time.
Q: How can affiliates attract TripleClicks members?

Q: Do TC members I refer automatically become SFI affiliates?
A: No. Although a subsidiary of SFI Marketing Group, TripleClicks is strictly a retail Website. If you wish to sponsor new affiliates, be sure to refer them to your SFI Gateways, specifically designed for that purpose. You can find these Gateway URLs, along with sponsoring marketing aids, HERE.
Q: Why should I want to refer members to TripleClicks.com?
A: For every member sale you generate, you earn up to 72% of the total Commission Volume (CV). This amount is called your Customer Commission (CC). The exact CC you receive depends on the number of VersaPoints you accumulate each month. See Compensation Plan for full details.
What's more, all you have to do is refer a member once and they become your personally referred member for life! SFI takes care of all order processing, product shipments, and customer service for your customers, at no cost to you, and pays you a commission for every order placed by your members for life!
Q: Can I earn points when I sell items at TripleClicks.com?

A: Indirectly, yes. Just list and sell your unwanted or used items at TripleClicks.com. (For details on this, see the Private Seller FAQ at the TC site.) Then spend what you earned from your sale(s) on products and services you want from TripleClicks.com, and you'll be earning VersaPoints on every purchase. In other words, through this feature of our store, you can convert stuff you don't want for stuff you do, and accumulate points while doing it!
Q: How would payment be handled for the above scenario where I've sold an item and now want to spend my earnings on something at TripleClicks.com?

A: When you make a sale, the buyers pays us. Once the buyer has confirmed delivery of the item, we deposit the revenue from the sale into your account. Once it's in your account, you can spend it instantly on anything in the store. That is, when you check out, you can choose to apply the funds in your account to your store purchases. (To access your TC account balance, log in to TripleClicks.com, click the My Account option, and select "Administer earnings from your sales.")
Q: Why not just allow buyers to pay the seller directly?

A: With SFI handling the payment, numerous payment options can be made available at TripleClicks.com—and more payment options means more sale opportunities. More importantly, this method provides for a safe and secure transaction, as we act as an escrow between the buyer and seller. That is, with SFI handling "the middle ground," we can ensure a smoother, more reliable transaction in which the buyer gets what he or she ordered and the seller gets paid.
Q: Can we sell ANYTHING at TripleClicks.com?

A: There are, of course, restrictions (click here for details). You can't sell fireworks, firearms, or human organs, for example. Conversely, some items are much more viable for selling than others. Remember, TC's audience lives all over the world, and that means items that can be easily, inexpensively, and safely shipped worldwide will always be your best bet. Q: What's a good way I can prepare several items to list and sell at TripleClicks.com?

A: The best way is to gather the information you'll need for each item first. Then, you'll have all the data you need at your fingertips when you're ready to enter the information at TripleClicks.com.
Here's what you'll need (#1-#4 are required fields):
1. Name of item (up to 100 words)
2. Description (up to 500 words)
3. Price
4. Shipping cost
5. Special shipping notes (optional, up to 50 words)
You can also upload up to 3 photos of your item to accompany your listing. These photos must be no more than 1MB each in size and saved in .JPG format. Finally, and also optional, you can add a caption of up to 50 words for each of your photos.
Get your photos ready and type your item names, descriptions, prices, etc. into a word processor document. Then, log in at TripleClicks.com and begin copying and pasting your information from your document into the appropriate TC fields.
Q: Can others (non-SFI Affiliates) sell THEIR unwanted items at TripleClicks.com too?

A: Yes. See the Private Seller FAQ at TripleClicks.com for details on selling items at TC.
Q: If I tell non-affiliates about TripleClicks.com and they start listing their items for sale there, will I earn commissions on their listings?

A: Yes! You'll earn VersaPoints and CV on the credits your referred members purchase to list their items. AND, if they choose to spend their sales proceeds on items at the store, you'll earn the standard Customer Commissions based on the CV of the item purchased.
